-TERMS OF SERVICE-

By commissioning me you agree to the following terms of service.
The client may not use commissioned artwork for commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed upon. The client may print or publish the commissioned artwork for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed upon.
The artist may not use commissioned artwork for commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed upon. The artist may use commissioned artwork for portfolio purposes.For my own personal comforts, I will not draw art of any real life person, this includes content creators as well unless strictly stated otherwise. If asked too many times to push this boundary I will decline the commission all together.Refunds will not be given upon completion of the commission. Full refunds will be given if no work has been started on the commission at the time of refund request. 75% refund at the Sketch stage. 50% refund at the Lineart stage. The artist is allowed to cancel a commission at any time, and the appropriate refund will be given based on the amount of work already done. The artist may refuse to accept a commission for any reason.Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their finished commission for non fungible tokens (NFTs). Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with NFTs or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited. Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their finished commission in any use of the training, generation, or any related function of Artificial Intelligence image generation ("AI Art" or "AI Images"). Use of the artwork for any advertising, function, or profits associated with AI image generation is strictly prohibited.Payment is in USD up front. I will not accept cryptocurrency as payment. Payment plans are available on a case by case basis; work will not proceed past the Sketch stage until payment is made in full.All commissions require a visual reference for the character in question! Visual references refer to a reference sheet, previous commissions, or photo if the subject of the commission is a real life person/pet/etc - pretty much a reference that shows the subject or character complete and whole as they are supposed to be depicted. Commission requests where the reference is a worded description, collection of pictures, moodboard, or other such methods will not be accepted unless the commission in question is a Character Design![EXTRA EXAMPLES AT END OF PAGE]

WHAT I WON'T DRAW

  • Theme's such as Rape or Self-harm

  • Real Life people [this includes youtubers or other forms of content creator]

  • Under-aged characters in any form of sexual situation

  • Extreme Fetishes (Scat, Watersports, Etc...Ask if you have any questions)

  • Extreme Robots or Armor

  • Other Artists OC's (Unless you have permission from them, I won't draw them)

  • racist or xenophobic content

  • NFT's

Clean linework, flat colors. Generally shoulders-up but depending on prompt/reference image/composition may include hands.
